Welcome to Watersplash Lane, the home of good, honest pickles and preserves. Raised on entirely home-cooked food, I became disillusioned with the quality of modern supermarket preserves, which often seem to be lacking in taste, texture and fruit, as well as being full of additives and synthetic ingredients.

As a self-confessed “foodie”, I was sure I could do better. I set about creating a range of authentic home-cooked pickles and preserves made the old-fashioned way using a mix of traditional recipes passed down through the generations and other deliciously unusual recipes that you won’t find in the supermarkets.
